Built-on frequency inverter
This is easiest and most flexible way of changing pump working parameters.
In addition, the pump and motor are protected from overloading and a soft-start function is included.
Industrial flanged connections
The industrial CTX I pumps are equipped with connections according to EN 1092-1 type11, ANSI 150 or BSPT thread.
Adjustable feet
The solution allows easy cleaning of the surface undeneath the pump. It can also prove useful when there is a need to move the pump to a different location.
Mounting brackets
Complete pump unit may be assembled on a baseplate to avoid movement. It can be firmly, permanently fixed to the ground.

The Tapflo pump station for filter press feeding is a very compact unit that can be mounted directly to the filter press.
The design and function allows the user a straightforward pressing of slurries. Pressure regulator is already mounted to the unit.
An external pressure booster doubles the delivery pressure. For example, with available air pressure of 7 bar, the delivery pressure will be maximum 14 bar.
TF pumps are based on standard Tapflo AODD pump design
The STEINLE pump is a single or double acting piston diaphragm pump with a hose as the diaphragm. The liquid transferred to the filter press requires exceptionally high performance pumps. They have to supply large quantities of liquid into the empty press as well as small quantities at high pressure when the filter press is filled. This pressure must be maintained for a long period of time.
