TXB400+DTBX400: Integrated with pneumatic Diaphragm Failure Monitoring System (PDFM).
T225+DT225: Integrated with air pressure booster, built on a hygienic frame.
4x T80+DT80: Assembled on a hygienic frame with removable drip pans.
T800+DT800 & T820+DT820: Built on one support frame with footprint reduced to less than 0,6 m2!
2xT420: Compact assembly on a support frame with a drip pan. Ball valves and pressure indicators included to meet customer’s needs.

Built-on frequency inverter

This is easiest and most flexible way of changing pump working parameters.

In addition, the pump and motor are protected from overloading and a soft-start function is included.

Industrial flanged connections

The industrial CTX I pumps are equipped with connections according to EN 1092-1 type11, ANSI 150 or BSPT thread.

 

Adjustable feet

The solution allows easy cleaning of the surface undeneath the pump. It can also prove useful when there is a need to move the pump to a different location.

Mounting brackets

Complete pump unit may be assembled on a baseplate to avoid movement. It can be firmly, permanently fixed to the ground.

Hygienic shroud

The hygienic motor shroud in AISI 304L protects the motor against flooding, deposition of dirt, from spraying water during pump cleaning procedure.

Casing drainage

The drain connection at the bottom of the pump casing allows to fully drain the pumped liquid from the casing.

Typical applications

Food & Beverage CTX H
Transfer of various ingredients and products like edible oil, flavor, alcohol and juice. There are also many auxiliary applications like the transfer of cleaning liquids and water.
Dairy CTX H
Transfer milk, yogurt, cream, curds and whey, skimmed milk, butter, cottage cheese, melted cheese, ice cream.
Chemical & Pharma CTX H & CTX I
Transport of chemicals and ready products from storage tanks, containers, and baths, for example in degreasing. Transfer of soap, SLES, solvents, creams, oils, alcohol, gels. Handling of waste products.

The Tapflo pump station for filter press feeding is a very compact unit that can be mounted directly to the filter press.

The design and function allows the user a straightforward pressing of slurries. Pressure regulator is already mounted to the unit.

An external pressure booster doubles the delivery pressure. For example, with available air pressure of 7 bar, the delivery pressure will be maximum 14 bar.

TF pumps are based on standard Tapflo AODD pump design

  • PE & PTFE: TF 50 | TF 100 | TF 200 | TF 400
  • Metal pumps: TF 70 | TF 120 | TF 220 | TF 420

The STEINLE pump is a single or double acting piston diaphragm pump with a hose as the diaphragm. The liquid transferred to the filter press requires exceptionally high performance pumps. They have to supply large quantities of liquid into the empty press as well as small quantities at high pressure when the filter press is filled. This pressure must be maintained for a long period of time.

The pumps are available in FP & FH series with different pressure transmission:

  • FP - 1 : 2.4
  • FH - 1 : 3.3
