The Tapflo drum pump is ideal for mobile use. It is fitted with a drum tube in polypropylene (PP) or PTFE and a handle in stainless steel AISI 316L. The drum tube is delivered in any length up to 2 m. Tapflo diaphragm drum pump has many advantages compared with conventional drum pumps.
The guardian system is designed to protect the dampener and is a great solution when safety in high risk applications is essential. In this option the dampener has an additional diaphragm and in case of liquid breach the system stops the dampener.
The base enables easier installation of the dampener and ensures that it does not move causing less stress on the inlet / outlet pipes.
Tapflo offers complete units consisting of a pump and a dampener. Thanks to this solution there is no need to worry about the dampener assembly in the installation and its connection to the pump.
The sanitary series of Tapflo dampeners has been designed in particular for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries where cleanliness and sterile environment is necessary.
The dampener is designed and prepared for cleaning and sterilization in place – C.I.P. and S.I.P. These are automatic cleaning and disinfection procedures implemented in these industries so it is essential that our product are prepared to comply with these procedures.
ATEX CERTIFIED dampeners
The dampeners are available in explosion proof – ATEXmarked – execution. They are supplied with earth connection and conductive materials: conductive body, diaphragm in PTFE (conductive backing) or EPDM(conductive).
The aluminium dampeners are perfect to use for pH-neutral fluids. They have great resistance to corrosion and deterioration. They can be found in many applications from workshop, through paint industry to chemistry.
AISI 316 stainless steel dampeners
Dampeners made of stainless steel offer great mechanical strength combined with good chemical resistance. AISI 316 is resistant to aggressive and abrasive liquids. The dry part of the dampener that does not come into contact with the pumped product is, as a standard, made of corrosive resistant PP.

Hi-Density Polyethylene (PP HD) has better physical and chemical parameters than standard polypropylene (PP). It is several times more resistant to wear what makes this material ideal for abrasive and aggressive liquids. It can also withstand liquid temperature up to 70°C.
PTFE dampeners
PTFE is excellent for use in applications requiring high temperatures. It may also be used for very aggressive fluids such as chlorinated hydrocarbons and highly aggressive acids. Maximum liquid temperature is 100°C

The self-priming feature allows to use the pump in applications where standard CT pumps do not prove useful.
CTS is an open impeller self-priming centrifugal pump, manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel.
CTS H with excellent electro polished surfaces, FDA approved seals, high finish and mechanical strength, meet the demands from food and sanitary applications.
CTS I with AISI 316L chemical resistance and mechanical strength is a reliable choice for industrial applications.
The self-priming feature allows to use the pump in applications where standard CT pumps do not prove useful. The CTS pump is capable of creating up to 4,5 m of suction lift.
