Thanks to its self-priming capability, the pump can be used in situations where a dry suction lift is necessary. As the standard CTX pump is not capable of generating negative pressure, by a simple modification, we can allow the pump to lift the liquid from up to 5 m. To maintain a liquid ring inside the pump after the initial filling, the return pipe will re-circulate the liquid from the discharge side of the pump.

Unloading drums containing highly viscous liquids has become more efficient and precise with our High Viscosity System Flexi-type (HVS Flexi). This system simplifies the task, providing automation and effective product-saving features. The HVS Flexi ensures a smooth unloading experience, allowing you to concentrate on other important tasks while achieving an impressive product removal rate of up to 99%. It is suitable for applications with low to moderate volumes, such as supplying filling or packing lines directly.

Our drum unloading system is equipped with a hygienic progressive cavity pump that can handle the most viscous liquids, up to 100,000 mPas! The system is well-suited for unloading 200-liter drums efficiently thanks to the scraping lid but can be easily used to unload IBCs and various other container types, adding to its versatility.

DPT Pulsation dampener

The use of pulsation dampers in the discharge line guarantees a number of advantages, such as: significant reduction of discharge pulsations, vibrations and noise. This solution protects not only the pump, but also the piping and instrumentation.

Revolution counter (RC)

The revolution counter allows to monitor the number of rotor revolutions.

This accessory can be equipped with a control cabinet. Based on the volume per revolution data, this allows to calculate and batch products according to customer needs.

Revolution counter can be also equipped with external digital display for easy monitoring of the pump speed and capacity.

 

Hose leak detector (HLD)

The rupture of the hose, which is a wear part, creates a leakage of the pumped liquid.

As a result, the level of the medium in the pump casing rises and is detected by a capacitive sensor, which immediately stops the pump.

Vacuum system

The vacuum system is utilized in applications where viscous products are handled (above 10 000 cP) or with a negative suction lift.

Because of the liquid viscosity the hose does not return to initial shape fast enough and the capacity decreases.

By installing a vacuum system, efficiency drops are eliminated, as the pressure inside the pump is reduced and the hose is expanding quicker.

 

Build-in inverter (top or side)

Built-in frequency inverters are a solution for comfortable pump speed control. Allows easier exchange of the hose. The unit is equipped with a IP66 programmed frequency inverter and all necessary equipment such as wires and plugs.

The main advantage of this solution is that the inverter is mounted directly on the pump, which makes the whole unit compact and ready to use.

Trolleys

Trolleys are designed to enable mobility and ease of use, while maintaining proper pump stability.

Thanks to these new accessories, pumps can be easily transported and the most important, used in many applications and locations.

DPT pulsation dampeners reduces pulsations, vibrations and hammering in the piping up to 80%, by using a stainless steel pressure housing with a reinforced rubber hose surrounded by a volume of air.

Dosing, mixing and dilution!

Achieving precise ingredient blending for the desired end product, while maintaining strict proportions, accuracy, and sequence, poses a formidable challenge for industrial manufacturers.

The In-line Blending System was created exactly for this application. It makes the production automatic, produces exactly by the recipe, and requires no human work. It is precise and it records every operation.

The In-line Blending System is based on the machine used to dilute thick liquids, like SLES. However, it was designed in a modular way. Thanks to that, we can easily configure the system to the actual needs for production. The ingredients of the final product can be supplied from various types of tanks.

Implementing our solution brings significant reduction of your production time and costs, while fully automating the operations. This allows to scale up production capacity, increase the profits, and remain – or potentially elevate - the final product quality.

Save your time and use one, complete solution for mixing various liquid products. Mixing Station is an automated system for highly efficient mixing in an IBC. It is available both in stationary and mobile execution, allowing use in various locations.

Mixing stations are convenient and very easy to use. All operations are performed from the integrated control panel, which starts and stops the unit while also adjusting the speed of rotation. The only manual work to be done is the delivery of the IBC, and collecting it when mixing time is finished. Such a design allows for swift positioning and lowering of the mixer as well as setting the mixing timer.

IBC station guarantees a high level of safety – not only will the mixer not turn on while it’s raised above the container’s level, but also when the container is placed incorrectly or missing. While operating all the rotating elements are in an enclosed space removing the possibility of accidental, direct contact.

The shafts and impellers are available in a range of materials (AISI 316, PP, PFA, ECTFE). The operator, via a frequency inverter, can adjust the rotational speed of the mixer which allows it to be used for many different applications. IBC mixing station has been designed for mixing different liquids with each other or with powders ensuring their full dissolution in liquids.
