HVS Flexi

Our system is mounted on a highly mobile 4-wheel frame, which ensure easy transportation to the desired location where your drums are stored. Once the system is in position, you can supply pallets with drums using a forklift truck or a manual pallet truck. Thanks to our system's support structure, pallet placement is a breeze, allowing for an immediate start of the unloading process without the need for precise positioning.

The next step is lowering the pump to the top of the drum that requires unloading. Once the pump is properly positioned, simply press the START button on the control panel. In automatic mode, the pump will autonomously lower and unload the drum until it reaches the bottom, at which point it will stop lowering and pumping. Alternatively, the operator can take manual control by selecting the manual operation mode.

Completing the drum unloading process is as straightforward as removing the lid from an emptied drum. To expedite this step, our system facilitates lid removal by supplying compressed air between the lid and the drum, making it both quick and hassle-free.

Containers like drums and IBCs became the most common choice in the modern logistics. For the transportation of highly viscous liquids, such as pulps or concentrates this task is facilitated by drums lined with aseptic bags.

Straight Drums: Among the available container options, the 200-liter straight steel drum is the most prevalent and easily accessible choice. Typically, you have the flexibility to opt for individual drum deliveries, arranged on compact pallets, or you can ask for the four drums arranged on a single pallet.

Conical Drums: In specific industries, conical drums are the number one. This is thanks to their space-saving capabilities achieved by nesting together when empty. This quality makes them a pragmatic choice for a variety of applications, especially in high-volume production scenarios.

Tailored Drum Solutions: Regardless of the drum type you employ, our High Viscosity System (HVS) can be easily redesigned to meet your specific requirements. The HVS is purpose-designed for drum unloading systems handling viscous liquids and features a specialized scraping lid (follower plate) engineered to extract every last drop of product from the drum and bag. For straight drums, we offer a lid equipped with a versatile lip seal, ensuring thorough scraping while effortlessly accommodating changes in the drum's shape, including wall damage, all while delivering a cost-effective solution.

For the conical drums, our solution incorporates an inflatable seal integrated with our pneumatic control system. The inflatable seal dynamically adjusts its size, providing high scraping efficiency and product extraction, as it reaches the lower regions of the drum.

IBC, Goodpack, and Bag-in-Box® Options: Our HVS systems can be designed to unload IBC containers, Goodpack multimodal containers, or Bag-in-Box® containers. This versatility ensures you have a flexible solution at your disposal to meet a wide range of transportation and storage needs. Our HVS Flexi system offers versatile functionality, with the option to equip it either with dry-running protection or a batching mode, ensuring precise control over the liquid volume to be pumped. The entire system is managed seamlessly through an integrated control panel, featuring user-friendly control system options for effortless operation and maintenance.

Within the control panel, operators can seamlessly switch between automatic and manual operation modes. This control hub also provides pushbuttons for manual adjusting the pump's position (RAISE or LOWER) and managing its operation (START or STOP). Furthermore, you have control over pumping speed and the activation of compressed air between the lid and the drum. Each control panel is equipped with a primary system switch (ON/OFF) and a safety emergency stop pushbutton (E-STOP) for enhanced security.
