Major tasks and responsibilities:
- Travels throughout assigned territory to call on prospective customers to obtain new business and expand existing business.
- Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and explains features and attributes and advantages over competition.
- Providing technical support and preparing price offers, as well as technical offers.
- Coordinates between customer service, technical service, engineering and other departments as appropriate.
Experience:
3 to 8 years experience in selling technical equipment, preferably pumps
Language skills: Fluent English (technical)
Computer skills:
Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and basic use of voicemail and electronic mail systems.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Others:
Own car (not a must but preferable)
